Emergency Shelters

SOAR Community Services assists individuals and families at risk of or experiencing homelessness and in need of emergency shelter.

If you, or someone you know, does not have anywhere to stay and are in immediate need of shelter, please call the Emergency Sheltering Intake Line at 1-888-621-0034 or email housing@soarcs.com.

Intake services to the emergency sheltering system are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. In-person, walk-in services can be accessed at the times and locations below:

• 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. (midnight) at 73 Murray Street, Brantford
• 12 a.m. to 8 a.m. at 331 Dalhousie Street, Brantford

Community Supports are available for those experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, including ID Clinics, Health and Well-Being Services, and Housing Supports.
