NEW INDUSTRIAL GRANTS IN BRANTFORD

The City of Brantford has launched new grant programs to support local industrial businesses of all sizes. This includes new firms establishing their operations as well as existing businesses looking to expand their operations in Brantford. These grant programs can be combined for the same project, providing significant support opportunities for existing and prospective industrial businesses.
 
Industrial Permit Reduction Grant will reduce building permit fees for eligible projects.

Industrial Tax Increment Grant will provide a 20 per cent rebate on property taxes resulting from the project, and the same proportion will be granted for a total of 10 years.
