Work Continues to Ready Space at 111 Sherwood Drive

Over 32,000 square feet of beautiful industrial heritage space at 111 Sherwood is being restored and readied for new occupants. The space will be available in the second half of 2020. Working closely with Forge and Foster, the owners of the site, tenants will be able to customize the design to suit space.

The Cordage Heritage District at 111 Sherwood was home to different manufacturing companies including rope makers. The complex’s historic design elements have stood the test of time. Here you can join the next generation of makers, artisans, and professionals continuing its legacy as Brantford's first prestige historic commercial district - a place for all of Brantford to come together and celebrate the businesses that breathe life into its community.
